Remeasurement Problem of FBA Product in Canada
We have many FBA products sold in Canada that have measurement errors, resulting in high FBA shipping costs. We are trying to submit the volume of these products for re measurement. But it was found that the Amazon warehouse staff did not actually conduct a re measurement, but directly copied the data from the previous measurement. The feedback volume data is completely consistent with the data measured a few months ago, with no change of even 0.01cm. This is very careless and imprecise. May I ask the staff and other seller friends how to solve such problems and how to make the warehouse staff conduct measurements seriously?
