How to escalate a Safe-T-Claim

Hello All,

Has anyone had any success in escalating a Safe-T-Claim? I have file 5 Claims and continue to receive the same response from the Safe-T-Claim Team. Amazon is withholding 4K of my revenue. The buyer jumped the gun and filed a claim that his items were undeliverable. As expected, Amazon reimbursed him. I immediately, provided a signed Proof of Delivery. Amazon, closed my case saying I had to allow the buyer 15 days to return the item. I asked them not to close the case since the buyer says the item was undeliverable, therefore, he has nothing he can return. Regardless of my signed Proof of Delivery, they still closed my case. I sent a message via the Amazon messaging system to the Buyer, he responded saying yes he has received the items and immediately contacted Amazon and told them to reverse the charges and credit my account for the payment. I contacted the seller help desk and the CS rep told me to take a snapshot of the email message and re-file the Safe-T-Claim. As instructed, I attached the Buyers email which he clearly states he received the item and please release the funds to the seller. Guess what??? Safe-T-Claim folks once again, closed my case telling me I had to wait the 15 days. This is totally absurd and ridiculous. I don't know who to turn to...any guidance would be appreciated.

Kind regards,

Hi @Seller_gOl55xBsx1nF3

I have you on my radar for this one. I have not yet contacted the business team, but will be doing so. Please be patient, and of course, I cannot promise the outcome.
