Lost Inventory 142 Bags - No Action Taken By Amazon, Countless Tickets Filed

After countless months of attempting to receive a refund from Amazon for lost inventory, I've completely given up.

I filed dozens of cases with shipping IDs showing my 4 boxes (containing 142 bags) arrived at the Amazon facility through Canada Post. Tracking IDs indicate the boxes were received. I included all information, including receipts from my shipping of the packages, to Amazon in my cases. All of my cases were either ignored or not taken seriously, and I was repeatedly told that "Amazon has no record of receiving your items".

I understand that issues can arise, and logistics can be complex, but this has been incredibly disheartening. As a loyal Amazon customer for many years and a new small business owner, I am extremely disappointed with how Amazon has addressed my missing inventory.

I am hopeful that Amazon will investigate this and ensure that an appropriate refund is processed. My faith in Amazon has completely been lost, and I am seriously evaluating whether it's worth doing business on Amazon anymore, given the lost items and poor customer service.
