WHY IS AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS?

I made a video call with Amazon yesterday about my identity and supply chain verification.

During the interview, I uploaded the requested documents one by one and he accepted.

But 2 hours later I received an email.

The email I received asked me to re-upload the same documents.

There is no information in the email about where to upload it.

At the bottom of the email:

We're here to help

If you have any questions, contact us:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us

I contacted here.

The answer they get is really funny.

How do I solve this???

I write that you should contact here for help, and the answer I receive is that we do not provide support for this :))))

Thank you for sharing this information and the Case ID.

You mentioned a video call; and shared the Performance Notification. I believe they may take the time mentioned in that notification to process the documents.

You did say you were able to upload all the requested documents the interviewer asked for and they were accepted. It really sounds like you have provided the correct information, and if so, the documents are processed through to a review team which might take a little bit of time.
