Inbound FBA Shipment not processed after 30 days
I shipped our first box of products on Feb 15 and the shipment still show in "Delivered" status since Feb 22.
It's been 1 month since we shipped it and Amazon tells me that it may take longer and that I cannot open an investigation yet.
They also suggested e to Cancel the shipment (even if it is in Delivered status) with no explanation why or what to do after I cancel and what happens to my products.
Is this the normal processing time for FBA?
As a new seller this is very disappointing service.

This is a normal amount of time for an LTL shipment, and in some cases for SPD (depending on the destination warehouse(s).

Hey there @Seller_Z2IR1ZurdXzmg- and thanks for joining us here on the seller forums. It is true that this page will help show if an investigation is available for a specific shipment yet. There can be delays with this process but I do apologize that you've seen the date pushed out.
Since the shipment was delivered I would not recommend cancelling the shipment.
Hopefully the shipment is processed without the need for an investigation, but if it does become eligible and you submit it, please do let me know the Case ID being used to navigate the situation with support so I can take a closer look from my end as well!
Thanks in advance,
Danny
