HUGE overages and shortages on FBA shipment from October - can't get resolved!

Hi again - hoping someone can help! Have not been able to resolve since October. Amazon is showing receiving 1301 units of one sku on a larger shipment with over 200 sku's we only sent 12. Shipment overall is very short received. I've got two cases open, one 12.10.24 and one 12.11.24 - no resolution, still investigating. Case ID's 16821106261, 16778245671. It's very obvious based on huge overage of one sku and huge shortages of other sku's that amazon had issues receiving this shipment. Should not take months for something like this to get resolved. And I am being charged storage for the sku that amazon has the huge overage on. I had a dedicated support person for 4th quarter and they were able to confirm with FBA warehouse that the units are not there and yet over a month later, still not resolved, still getting charged storage for invisible inventory and still missing over 1/2 of a shipment.

Anyone have any help that might help resolve this/ get attention to it? Thank you so much!

Can a moderator please assist with this? I've been trying to get resolved with customer support for months and there are no responses on the case. I've tried calling customer support as well and still nothing.

I just took a look into your cases and do see that the internal team is actively investigating this situation further in case 16778245671. Now, I do need that team to finish their review before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed depending on those results.
