China Sellers Selling Fake Products Under My ASINs
My Brand is brand registered and I noticed that I was losing buy box. I go to look and there are sellers undercutting my prices and selling my ASIN and shipping from China. Clearly they do not have my product as I do not sell or ship my product to China.
I've tried to report these sellers for counterfeit items but the brand registry says that my trademark doesn't support reporting counterfeit items? What was the point of the trademark then?
How do I get these sellers off my listing. They are undercutting me so low that my profit margins are minimal now.

You can submit your concern with supporting information on the Account Health dashboard.
As for the counterfeit part of your concern, you can also submit your concern through the Brand Registry or Report infringement page.
Was this done as indicated in the case? Did you receive any response from our escalation teams? Were any additional cases created on this topic?
I'd like to have more insight on the matter, I can't further escalate the situation if these indications were not followed.
