Shipment Lost And No Help From Amazon Team
Dear Amazon team,
I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my lost shipment with the ID FBA180FC376D at the Amazon warehouse. According to the delivery certificate provided by the shipper, my shipment was delivered to the Amazon warehouse on June 2nd. However, I have been informed that Amazon did not receive my shipment and subsequently closed it.
I reached out to customer service and provided a digital screenshot of the delivery appointment, which displayed the appointment ID as requested. The appointment ID on the screenshot matched the ISA on the delivery certificate. Despite this, I was told that the document I provided did not meet their requirements and they refused to conduct an investigation.
It is clear that I have provided all relevant information in accordance with customer service requirements. However, it seems that there has been a misunderstanding or miscommunication leading to their refusal to assist me further.
Therefore, I kindly request your help in resolving this issue with my shipment. Your prompt attention and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.
