Amazon Feedback removal, Can anyone help me ?????

Here's what happened: a buyer left a feedback about a problem with a product, and we encountered a bot that didn't scrutinize this feedback, and they always answered us with the same language. So I started a discussions in the forum to ask for help. @Stevie_Amazon a staff member at Amazon, said: have forward your information to a Community Manager who specializes in this topic in order to provide you the best support. After a few more days, @Rose_Amazon a staff member, said: he/she has looked at my case and escalated it to his/her colleague @SEAmod , He/She will help you solve it. But no one ever followed up on the case after that. Now a month has passed and no one has followed up on this case. What should I do? Is there anyone out there who has encountered this problem? Is there anyone who can help me? Please!!!!!
