Is it possible for a buyer to leave a seller's message in the store feedback?
We will only delete feedback for the following reasons:
- Feedback contains obscene language
- The feedback contains personally identifiable information about the seller.
- The entire feedback comment is about an item.
- The entire feedback comment is about the delivery of an Amazon delivery order or customer service
There were two orders where the buyer left personally identifiable information about me, which falls under Amazon's policy of removing feedback, but Amazon did not remove it.

I understand you would like to remove the feedback on the orders due to personal identifiable information. I reviewed the feedback and can confirm that this is not eligible for removal as the buyers didn't provide personal identifiable information but only the name of your store.
The name of your store is visible on the Amazon website, and it's used to identify you as a seller within the platform, however personal identifiable information is more related to personal information such as name, phone number or address.
Please know we have received multiple requests to remove feedback from your end and while some of them have been approved, there were others that were not accepted as they didn't comply with the policy.
The ones rejected are usually related to shipping and delivery, my recommendation is that you identify the root causes of the issues leading to misses in shipping in delivery and correct those promptly, otherwise your account health will be impacted for things that are under your control. Please remember that delivery is one of the main factors for buyer satisfaction, so correcting this is in your best interest for a successful business on Amazon.
