ICS and UniUni

Hello,

During the Canada Post Strike, we were looking for alternatives for shipping in Canada. I could see that UniUni is in the drop-down selection in Amazon, but not ICS.

We were wondering if anyone with experience with both these shipping companies knew how that worked with their VTR, and if they incurred any policies, or metrics problems while using these shipping companies.

Any experience shared is greatly appreciated!

ICS will reduce your VTR Rate% as they are not integrated, and the customers will not see any tracking updates whatsoever in their app or amazon account, leading to possible A to Z claims you won't win since ICS does not do signatures.

Although UniUni is listed, it is not accepted by Amazon and will go against your VTR
