Why does it say that I can't request a review, even though I am doing it within the 5-30 day period??
I am unable to request reviews from my customers, even though I am requesting within the said time period??? Why does this keep happening? Can this be fixed?

Hello @Seller_GU23YAL1KQMl3. Are you able to request reviews for any of your orders, or are you being fully blocked?
Have you filed a support case with any order and request-date details? If you share that Case ID I can take a closer look.

We can only request for a review 5-30 days after an order has been delivered, not from the time that the order was placed. It's possible that it hasn't been 5 days since the order was delivered to your customer.
