FBA Shipment stuck in receiving process more than a month
Good morning,
I need help locating my potential missing shipments.
On FBA181NTNDV8, 3 boxes of 50 units each have been sent to Amazon FBA center.
1 box was received in less than a week from the shipping date.
Other 2 boxes have the status of 'receiving' for about a month now.
It was eligible for an investigation on 8/10/24 initially, but no it's saying I have to wait until 8/28.
Please advise where this shipment might be or any action I can take to locate these shipments.

You will need to wait for the investigation date to pass before requesting an investigation, unfortunately this date can't be expedited. I recommend getting the necessary documents in place in the event you need to request an investigation, you can review the process here.
