My GTIN is not working

I am trying to get GTIN exemption for my printify product. Approve pop up screen is coming out which I acknowledge. But it is not in my history and my printify product is saying error

Then:

  • Create a new case with Seller Support
  • Select "Products and Inventory" > "Product Details" > "GTIN Exemption"
  • Include your screenshots
  • Clearly explain that you received the approval popup but it's not appearing in your history
  • Provide your Printify product details

This appears to be a technical issue that Seller Support will need to investigate directly. They can check the backend of your account to verify the exemption status and help resolve any synchronization issues between the approval and your account.
