Help Needed: Half of My Inventory Stuck in FC Processing
Hi everyone,
I recently sent about 700 units to FBA warehouse YYZ4 in preparation for the holiday season. However, all of the inventory was placed in “FC Processing” status, and it’s been stuck there for about 15 days now. Currently, I only have around 700 units available for sale. With a daily sales volume of 30-40 units, I’m on the verge of running out of stock.
I opened a case with Amazon, and the support team told me that the 700 units in FC Processing are being held in a “special warehouse” and will only be converted to sellable inventory once my current stock sells out. This explanation doesn’t make much sense to me.
Right now, I’m hesitant to run any deals or promotions because I don’t know when FBA will release this “special inventory.” Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Does this “special warehouse” explanation sound plausible to you?
I’d really appreciate any insights or advice!

same boat here, I sent 4 of my asin each more 400 units to this awful fba location YYZ4 the Brampton one. many times, it is only location which we can send even I have tried for three weeks to refresh to others. Yesterday I found one way that might help you if you have other inventory, try to send others your asin ( I recommend larger or oversized one, then you can send to others. I am not sure whether the Brampton one is lazy they only accept light boxes or not, but the one thing is for sure, it always making seller frustrated.

@Ricardo_Amazon Hi Ricardo, Could you please help me look into this issue? My available inventory is depleting quickly, and I’m about to run out of stock. However, over 700 units are still stuck in FC Processing and haven’t been released to a sellable status, which is quite frustrating. I prepared this inventory specifically for the holiday season, but most of it is being reserved. If this continues, I might face slow sales after the holidays. Thank you for your help!
