I have had the brand waiver for Handmade since February 2022. As of today, when I click on Customer Reviews on Seller Central or Amazon Seller App, I have no info, like I have never been a brand. Brand name still shows on listings, and I still have a "store" page. I cannot edit my store either. Also noticed I cannot edit parent items.
Anyone else?
EDITING TO ADD: on my Category Listings Report, in the Brand Name Column, about half of my listings do not have my brand name in this column. This is the way this column has looked for the last month.

Ummm, something happened and no one told me.
As far as I can tell, my features are back. I am almost afraid to celebrate, they may take it away again.

Please do what you can to facilitate this. I cannot create new handmade listings as it does not recognize my brand name.
I cannot copy an existing listing because the system does not recognize my brand name.
I cannot even apply for the necessary GTIN/product ID exemptions now because the system does not recognize my brand name.
I get errors on everything except editing existing listings, which all still show my brand name. FYI, my brand name does NOT show up for half of the listings on my Category Listings Report, even though they are valid in the Manage Inventory process.
And, as a reminder, I also cannot view Customer Reviews or edit my Store.

I can't edit my store.
I can't make new listings.
NOW, This problem keeps expanding. Some "brand" put their "brand" name over one of my most reviewed listings and deleted all my text, and I can't even open a case to ASK anyone to fix it because I have no rights as a brand right now.
I have contacted my Handmade Account Manager, Handmade-Support, Seller support case ID 16184991671, and here in the Handmade forum with no help at all.

Is there ANYTHING anyone can do to help expedite this? My account manager has not received any helpful responses on her end.
I have gone round and round with CASE 16184991671. Brand Registry responds ONLY that I don't have benefits and the only way to get them is to have a registered trademark and start the process for Brand Registry. Evidently no one working at Amazon has ever heard of the Handmade Waiver.
I don't believe anyone actually reads my CASE responses and I doubt I am actually receiving responses from humans.
