Wrong French translation on Canada marketplace Amazon cant resolve it
We have issue with wrong french translation on Canada marketplace we sale sofa slipcover and they translate it as pillow slipcover and were trying to resolve it 6 months till I got answer
- yes, however the French language bullet points attribute is currently being won by another internal team for which the changes cannot be made. an internal team of amazon is contributing the French language bullet points and these cannot be changed
- unfortunately there is no option to contact them separately
- right now it is not needed as the issue is being targeted to resolve the issue with every sellers and not particularly yours
- according to our resources there is no option to make the changes
Is anybody met this problem and how do you resolved it?
