Payments on Hold- No notifications from Amazon about Account under Review

I am writing to address an issue with my account disbursements, which have been on hold for some time. Even though I have a balance amount that should be released by now, the page shows 0 in the "Funds available" section.This situation is unusual for my account, as I have not received any performance notifications or emails from Amazon explaining the hold. My account health is in perfect condition, and our orders are being fulfilled with a 100% on-time delivery rate, and new orders are still coming in. Everything seems normal. The only point is, there is this sentence on my Accounth healt page under Payments Policy: "Funds are held while your account is under review."
I contacted Seller Support on July 27,2024, and they mentioned that my case was transferred, but I have not been contacted since then.
While investigating the situation, I noticed a potential issue with my payment schedule. Normally, my payments were scheduled for Thursdays every 14 days. On June 18, 2024, I requested a payment two days earlier for the first time, expecting this would change my payment cycle to Tuesdays. The cycle did change, but the system did not cancel the Thursday payments, which I did not want, resulting in payments on both Tuesdays and Thursdays every 14 days. I believe this caused a bug or a glitch in the payment cycle, which may be the reason for the hold on my payments.
I kindly request that you inform me about the problem and provide a solution so that I can address any actions needed on my part. My business is badly affected by this situation, and I had to put my store in vacation mode until the problem is resolved. I really need your support to escalade this problem to the right team which would be the Payments I believe.
