YVR3 refused our skits due to size and weight

few skits of ours were rejected by Amazon due to size and dimension . it was fine previously.

1. we didn't get any notification from Amazon about the new guidelines. is there way to get reimbursement for LTL cost?

2. how do we find out which FBA warehouse(s) takes what weight & dimensions?

After I reviewed your case history, I did not see any case related to this matter. In regards your inquiries:

1. In regard to reimbursement, is possible, If you used a partnered carrier to send your items, my advice will be for you to create a case to Seller support and ask for the steps you will need to follow in order to request a reimbursement.

2. For information related to this, here is a help page, it may help you with shipping size guidelines
