Since this order is a customized product, the delivery was delayed due to the long production lead time, and because Canada is in the middle of a strike, all drivers and couriers participated in this strike action and are still in the middle of the strike until now.

I hope Amazon will take this into consideration, politics is something we cannot avoid. I should not be penalized for this, I accept to give refund to the buyer but I do not accept to credit the ODR to my account.

Please make a fair determination.
