Shipments usually take up to 18 days to be available for immediate shipping after checked in at the fulfillment centers, however it can take longer due to the inventory need to transship from Ship fulfillment centre to storage fulfilment centre.

My recommendation is to review the date in which shipments are eligible for investigation through the below tool:

Just make sure you provide the requested documents to prevent further delay during the investigation process.
