Shipping problem

I want to know what i need to do for my Mexico account.
If anyone can help me ,because i stopped shipping to Mexico after the new year because all the orders i sent back were returned to me .
DHL did not deliver them, and i do not know who the deal with or which company to work with.
If there is a way to someone from Amazon to help me,or if any seller who sells to Mexico from USA can let me know What i can do,
I would really appreciate .
