Refund for a not delivered item thru FBA
Hello,
Can someone help me with the information if they had faced a similar situation?
I only do FBA, recently one of my products was sold and AMZ remitted the funds to my seller account. However, a couple of days later, I got an email saying refund was issued because 'The Address was undeliverable'. This is a medium priced item and because the item couldn't be delivered, I lost the money on AMZ pick & pack and refund administration fee. I lost more money than I would actually make selling the item because the pick and pack fee is high in this case. In my case, I genuinely feel that AMZ should have given me the amount charged on pick and pack and refund administration because neither the customer nor the seller is at fault here.
Thoughts?
TIA
Best regards

The buyer might be at fault for "address was undeliverable" which would mean not amazon's fault.
On the other hand, if the address was correct and amazon's delivery failed, then amazon should be on the hook for costs or at least making a second delivery attempt.

Hello @Seller_6YpfG4HFROE7R,
Have you reached out to Seller Support about this? Is there a Case ID you can share with me so I can take a look at your situation?
Looking forward to your reply.
