Charged Twice For Negative Balance
I have been charged twice for my negative balance, through my amazon account AND my creditcard. The billing invoices do not add up, I have paid double the price that it says. I have tried to contact amazon MULTIPLE times for over a month!! Nobody is able to help. Does anyone have advice? It's getting ridiculous right now because my balance is all messed up now and I keep having to pay for invoices that are already paid. We're talking thousands of dollars.
