Depends on what your account health assurance rating is.

Hi @Boutique_Nation_822,
Thank you for your post. I understand your account is at risk of deactivation. I am guessing you are seeing a yellow "At Risk" banner from your Account Health page. In order to better assist, we would need to know why the banner has populated. These banners will typically populate for one of three reasons.
The first would be for Inform Act verification. You would need to complete the verification to remove the banner.
The second instances would be due to a shipping metric issue. The Late Shipment, Order Defect Rate, Cancel, and Valid Tracking Rates all have target percentage scores. If you one or more of these metrics fall outside that target, you may be seeing the banner for that reason. If there is no "Submit Appeal" button within the banner, you currently would not need to take action. However, I would encourage you to explore the issue to find if any adjustments need to be made within your account. If you are seeing a "Submit Appeal" button, you would need to take action by clicking on that button, and then provide the requested information.
The third reason for a banner to populate would be due to your Account Health Rating score (AHR) falling below the 200 range. The minimum score to keep your account active is 100, and a score of 200 or higher is considered healthy. The 100-200 range would be considered "At Risk". This does not mean the account is about to be deactivated, however you would want to address any listing violations affecting the score in a timely manner.
As @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 has stated, the time frame depends on the reason for the banner. It could range to no action needed to needing to take action within 72 hours of the banner's population. If any specific action is required from you, there would most likely be a performance notification containing what information our appeals team would need from you should action be required.
Please feel free to share the reason for the banner, and we will be able to assist you further.
Regards,
Troy

Risk of deactivation doesn't necessarily mean your account will be deactivated even if you don't submit information regarding a violation.
However, it is obviously better and highly recommanded to submit the correct appeal/information.
Also it depends on the nature of the policy violation, your history of violations and your account health rating.
Also if you have account health insurance.
Please provide more detail and we will help you
