10 months and still waiting for A-to-z claim to be reviewed

Order was delivered with signature confirmation. A-to-z refunded order for the buyer when buyer claimed not received. Appealed the decision and the claim is still being reviewed after 10 months has passed. I feel that the claim should have been denied when Amazon first reviewed the claim instead of refunding the order. If signature isn't sufficient, how can seller protect selling on Amazon?

This is incredible! I didn't know this could even happen. I would open a ticket with Seller Support or contact Seller Performance. Either way, the metric hit is gone.

We have smilar A TO Z claim under review for 4 months...We refunded the money to customer and it should have been over then...No matter how we contacted Amazon support team, they just transfer it to other team and no further reply at all! Have no idea what's they are investgaing for?

Pffft... 10 months? That's nothing, I have one still open since April 24, 2019!

You can spin your wheels to try to get it sorted but Amazon Support won't be able to figure it out, I can promise you that. I tried for over a YEAR and finally gave up.

The same situation exists with another seller friend of mine. The product left in front of the customer's door with delivery images. It is opened by the customer saying "I did not receive it". Even though we provide evidence, Amazon staff accept A to Z and victimize us because they do not care much. This is getting really annoying. We missed Jeff Bezos and his staff. The new CEO and his team are really incompetent.

Amazon customer service staff are truly incompetent. I too am dealing with A to Z and I am a victim. Even though I have presented evidence, they are stalling us by saying there will be no investigation. I say my store is being attacked by Chinese sellers and they don't even listen. 4 same products in the same state and all in demand from A to Z... Amazon doesn't care about its sellers. If things continue like this, I will start Shopify.
