Proving validity of FBA Returns?
We have a repeat customer who keeps ordering the same few very expensive items from us and getting refunds. 10 orders over the last 6 months.
The FBA Returns report says that the items have been returned to inventory, but how do I actually confirm that? Why would this person be buying and returning the same things over and over again for a refund?
I know it's possible that they're just forgetful or whatever, but this feels like FBA Returns fraud, and I don't know how to investigate further than the Fulfillment Reports page.
Thanks for any insight you might have.

Hi @Seller_CF0URQS5DxG2u,
The FBA returns report won't be assigned a condition code until it has been fully inspected by a fulfillment center associate. If it is being marked sellable and returned to stock, this means the item appears to be unopened and unused and I can confirm with confidence that it has fully been returned to stock.
However, I do understand your concern regarding the multiple customer returns. I'm wondering if you've reported this to the report abuse link under account health yet? And if you are keeping a tracker of this customer's returns and the return code they utilize.
If you have any complaint IDs already, I'm happy to take them here and I'll take a second look at them.
