AWD Horrible receiving Time
#AWD
According to Amazon, shipment supposed to be received by AWD within 2-4 business days after delivery. I have uploaded a screen shot from amazon website.

We shipped an item by amazon partner carrier Tforce and according to tforce tracking shipment delivered on June 5th, 2024, We opened case and still is pending after 7 days cause they don't have any solution yet.
This is horrible experience. Amazon FBA fees are already high, then introducing fees everyday to push seller to AWD instead of FBA and giving this experience.
Tforce is old UPS freight, we have shipped through Tforce 3 times in the past and every time they take 15+ days just to schedule delivery to finally received by Amazon. Other carrier such as ABF or Central takes in average 3-4 days. However, it seems all partner carrier are not same, does not have to play by same rules, Amazon push more to Tforce than any other carriers and we as a customer does not have option to choose from.
If we can not choose from Carriers, amazon should make sure all carrier shipping timing are same.
Amazon very good at held seller responsible if we make any delay to Amazon customers. Amazon should be obsessed about all the customers including selling partner such as ourselves.
After covid we were never satisfied how FBA and now AWD receiving inventory causing unexpected delay that ruining our business.
We need guaranteed delivery & fulfillment service ensured by Amazon & A2Z claim service where we receive financial reimbursement when such delay occurs due to partner carriers or amazon faults.

Hi @Seller_SEWNbBfXIrXk7, thanks for sharing these details. If you'd be willing to share the case ID on this delay I'd be happy to escalate to AWD partners to see if we can get more info.

I would stay as far away from Tforce as possible. We had a pallet delivered here that we prepaid the postage for about 6 months ago. Tforce who was the carrier Coyote Logistics (former UPS Freight) assigned to our shipment added a liftgate fee at pick up but our vendor at pick up said they don't allow for liftgates as they load all of their pallets via their forklift. So there was never a liftgate used at pickup. We pushed back on that charge.
Coyote Logistics instead of removing that charge asked for images for which we provided. So three months after delivery with back and forth emails with the Coyote billing and sales rep, Coyote finally removed that charge but then stated that the classification was wrong and that the charge for freight would now be a couple hundred dollars more. After receiving that email I did a freight quote and the difference was only $15 dollars. Funny how you pushed back on a charge for a service that was never used then they go, "OK we'll remove that charge and then charge you more money for the freight."
So on top of that we had around $200 wholesale damage on this freight which we filed a claim for with Coyote but once again haven't heard from so we are just going to stay away from doing any business with Coyote Logistics who ends up using Tforce who damages product and then adds charges for services that weren't used.
I would also just recommend just fulfilling your orders in house and stay away from FBA or AWD to save on those fees and be done with the headaches you are mentioning in your post.

SWF2 ain't better. My shipment was shipped May 20th, delivered May 31st, estimated to close June 20th. Today is June 21st, status is still receiving.
Another shipment was shipped to AVP1 same day. Estimated closing day was delayed 3 times since June 6th -> June 17th -> recently June 23rd.
I wonder that how will our ODR be if we delay customer's orders like that?

And yet, Amazon wants to charge you a low inventory fee! How bout them apples? So Amazon takes a long time to receive inventory and drops a low inventory fee on you at the same time? This needs to hit the Newswire!

It has taken us a month from start to its present status as receiving; and the date has changed 3 times.

AGL is same horrible service. If vessel eta is 6/25, container won't be checkin and receive in after 1 month. We change back to our regular shipping carrier at this point.
