Inactive listing, but no product policy violations
Hello all,
hoping to gain some insight here. I am currently trying to get my product listing as active. I will be selling a dietary supplement and there are strict guidelines on words you can and can not use when product is not FDA approved, which many are not. After I have edited the product label, item description and updated photos to comply with amazons regulations on dietary supplements I am given a generic email that does not specifically say what is in violation and am being sent in a big circle here. When I click fix issue in account health page it states I have zero product policy violations...Anyone have any insight or resources that might help. Thanks for the read

Hello @Seller_knEOFK8v6lnsK,
First, let me welcome you as it seems you are a new Seller. Creating listings, especially for dietary supplements, can be confusing. I understand your frustration and can provide you some basic guidance for creating listings. If you require more specific information, please provide an ASIN, case ID or Performance Notification.
My first suggestions would be, if the ASIN is NOT showing as a violation on the Account Health Page, look for the Performance Notification. This may give you some insight as to the deactivation of the listing. One thing I can tell you, whenever listing supplements, you may NEVER make claims your product is a treatment, cure, or remedy for really anything. If you do, then you would have to prove it with testing.
I would always recommend reviewing Seller University. The section on "List Products".
Also look into: Category, product, and listing restrictions.
I hope this information was helpful. For additional details, please provide an ASIN, case ID or Performance Notification.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
