Refund of the return shipping. Why was I denied.

They buyer said as the return reason. I sent the wrong item. In the description they wrote that they expected it to be white and that is the real reason for the return. They picked the wrong item not that I sent the wrong item.

I put in a Safe T Claim to get the refund for shipping back as they didn't tell the truth. I sent the correct item to them. They just didn't want it. They gave a false reason.

I showed that the item description in multiple places say the color is SILVER and is exactly the item in the listing that was sent. My claim got denied for a refund for the return shipping cost because it said I didn't provide enough proof. I provided the buyers own words and the description of the items ASIN.

What proof do I need? i shown what they said. It was the right item. It was their mistake and not me sending the wrong item.

It is bad enough that it got auto refunded at the first scan without me being able to ask questions. Now, I can't get the money for the return because they are false in the reason they are sending it back.

I can sympathize with you. I recently had a customer claim "book had mold stains and smelled like mold" which absolutely wasn't true. I always put an alert if there is any mold on the books. Book got refunded at first scan with no way to even file a claim that I could find. It's beyond frustrating that Amazon does this.
