I've gotten shipping costs refunded a couple of times when I was able to demonstrate that the "Didn't authorize purchase" was false. One time I got the buyer to admit the real reason, that they ordered the wrong product, in buyer seller messages, and on another one in their return comment they stated that the employee failed to get a purchase order, so I argued that was a failure of their employee to follow their rules and I shouldn't he held responsible for the shipping.
