Need approval for everything and not accepting applications. How can I even get started?
I was an Amazon Seller years ago and gave it up because of the whole sales tax thing. Now I'm semi-retired and I would like to get started again. My account has been inactive for years but its in good standing. I went around the house scanning things with the new seller app and every time I scan it says I need to apply for approval but "we"re not accepting applications at this time."
Chat support told me:
"Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors."
How can I get started again if I can't even begin the application process?

I think that kind of used products are better sold on Ebay.
