Canada Post shipping
They are still shipping through Canada post on other platforms, and personal. The strike does not affect regular shipping hours. Only working overtime. Which no direct post offices have been affected. Amazon needs to reinstate the service. Explaining that it might take a little longer to receive products. We are losing sales and revenue. Who do you talk to about this? And why have they not figured this out yet?

Amazon AI thinks there's a strike. There is no strike and parcels are being delivered early in record time.
There's a multitude of posters on the Canada Post reddit complaining that Amazon is cancelling FBA only orders to PO boxes and rural addresses that their Amazon vans and third party couriers can't deliver to.
People have posted their screenshots with Amazon customer support and they are telling them that there is no strike, but Amazon is refusing to ship.
However, Amazon still allows us FBM sellers to ship to PO boxes and rural addresses no problem. So I guess we get the business when we compete with Amazon on the same listing until Amazon fixes their FBA glitch with Canada Post, but is providing Amazon's customers with poor buying experiences if there are not Amazon marketplace sellers selling the same item.
This may be related to the VTR Glitch with Canada Post that has been ongoing since November 2024. @Christine_Amazon

It would be nice, but Amazon seems to think they save more money by outsourcing their support and systems to AI than paying for employees. It's going to have to continue to hit amazon profits in their books before anything gets done, and it's very possible that they save more money by laying off staff than what is to be made by fixing their glitches at this time.
