AMAZON CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD MORE THAN $2200
Hi everyone, I hope someone can explain to me about my unfortunate experience with Amazon. My seller account had been deactivated since January and for unknown reason I cannot reactivate it even after submitting the "required" documents by Amazon. I had to pull out all my inventory and have them shipped to my US home address.
Now, I noticed that Amazon had been charging my credit card multiple times with total of more $2200 as of now. This is a lot! It's even more than the shipping fee that I paid from China to Amazon fulfillment center.
I tried to contact seller support but apparently they "ONLY ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCOUNT REACTIVATION APPEALS" even though I have a whole story of my situation, and they still answered they cannot reactivate my account.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the charges and issues you are seeing on the account. I understand that your account has been impacted but you are still seeing charges, have you verified which selling plan your account is set up on?
If you are currently on the professional plan, then this would explain added charges, you may want to consider switching to an individual plan. It is also recommended to check what inventory is still sitting within the fulfillment center as you could be charged for this as well. You may be able to request the inventory to be removed, but we cannot guarantee the removal if their are concerns with the specific inventory.
