False feedbacks
Can someone help us dispute these feedbacks? We are struggling to remove false feedbacks.
Case 1:
A customer returned the wrong item and left a 1-star review claiming we didn't refund their money. The A-Z claim was denied by Amazon, and the customer has not replied to any of our communications.
Case 2:
A customer left feedback about poor service without contacting us first. They reviewed a product that hadn’t been delivered yet. They told us they did not intend to review our product and want it removed.
Case 3:
A customer left a negative review for mud flaps, but we don't sell mud flaps, and it wasn’t what they ordered. They also want their review removed.
Any advice would be appreciated.

AZ talk: a Review is about the product. Feedback is about the Seller.
For case 2 and 3 if the buyer is willng to remove their feedback, how the buyer can do it is found in this help file:
