Amazon Overcharging For Incorrect Weight and Dimensions
I have provided amazon with photos of the correct size and dimensions of my products using a measuring tape. All of my products are the same size and weight as they are all the same product just different colors however they are charging me different FBA fees for each variation. And they are telling me they have done the remeasruements and only one has been adjusted? Meantime they are all the same product! So they refunded me $89 for one ASIN which is laughable considering I've sold thousands of units. I send them proof and they ignore it and just take my money? How is this ok?

I'm dealing with the same issue, I have also sent Amazon photos for my measurements for the same listing with four variations and each color came back with different values that are incorrect!!!
I have sent multiple re measurements requests many time, but no use, same answer. this is totally ridiculous!

Greetings @Seller_uTTuMMkuJHj2r,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns regarding your weight and dimensions. In general Amazon will only issue reimbursement for FBA fees base on the FBA fees reimbursement policy. In order to eligible for reimbursement under this policy, you must submit your request within 90 days of the date on which the fee was charged.
Only products measured at the Fulfillment Center will be eligible to contest dimensions. I apologize but your personal measurements are not accepted. Additionally if Amazon measures the product multiple times and has inconsistent dimensions, Amazon will use the largest dimensions. Each variation is it's own product so the fee of one variation cannot be used to contest the fee of a separate member of the variation.
If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue I can review to see what options exist to appeal further. Thank you for your understanding.
