Failure to transfer funds - RBC banking account (USD)

As a Canadian seller, I have had a business bank account that is in USD to sell on Amazon.com. I should have received multiple payments throughout the last two months, but each time it says payment unsuccessful and I get an email saying how they were unable to transfer the funds into my bank account or debit card on file and how the funds were returned to them and the incorrect bank info was removed.

This is really strange because there is no incorrect details, even following up with RBC to ensure I had the correct account numbers. The business bank account is under the same name and address as the Amazon Seller account as well.

The part that frustrates me the most is how I have reached out to support multiple times but they only give brief answers and never follow up to help solve the problem. They essentially say to add a correct bank account.

If anyone possesses valuable insights into this matter, I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you.

Do you also sell on .ca and have a Canadian bank account? If so,I can tell you what I did to fix a similar problem, but if you only have one account, it won't work for you. Let me know.

Hey there, did you manage to resolve this? I have been selling on Amazon for quite a few years, and for the first time have a missing payment. Am also with RBC in Canada.
