How to contact Amazon Lending directly via phone (Lender is Amazon directly).

What is their direct phone number? The lending email does not reply and 48 hours ago they said we were good to go and payments would start on 9/1, with proceeds continuing to flow to our checking account. Yesterday 7/24 they took the funds in full at the days disbursement - no warning.

They don't reply with anything of substance and usually take 5-10 days to reply. We would like to speak on the phone with a real person.

  • Go to Seller Central and click Help at the top right.
  • Choose Help & Resources from the drop-down menu.
  • Then, click “My issue is not listed.”
  • You will be asked to describe the issue. Briefly explain the issue, trying to be as precise as possible, and click Continue.
  • You will be presented with several options depending on what you typed. Choose again, “My issue is not listed.”
  • Then, choose “Account Related.”
  • You will now be able to choose the contact method, including phone.
