Not eligible to sell products
Hello we keep getting rejected to sell a gated brand on Amazon after submitting a valid invoice that meets all Amazon ungating requirement, we purchased the goods directly from the manufacturer but Amazon keep saying
"Thank you for your application to sell (Brand Name) products. We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell (Brand Name) products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review. We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site."
We have been selling on Amazon for 5 years with 100% positive seller review, we ask for the specific reasoning on why the invoice was rejected but they just keep on replying with the same message. We have submitted this 4 times now, what else can we do?
