Simple report showing the HST/GST paid to Amazon on Amazon Fees
I have been on a chat fwith Amazon for 2 hours and the person assisting me is totally confused and keeps giving me incorrect information.
I need to download a report showing the Canadian taxes (HST/GST) that I was charged by Amazon on transaction fees. That is, the taxes paid for digital service fee, FBA pick and Pack Fee, and referral fees for the year of 2024.
I have tried the custom date report, the summary report, the tax report, but none of them show the taxes that I paid to Amazon as a seller.
I need one single report. I cannot go through every invoice one by one to get this information. This is crucial as needed for our Canadian HST/GST tax return.

I didn't find any report either, just go through all the invoices. Any success finding it?
However, I couldn't find any invoice for the taxes on the digital service fee and the Sales tax service fee. Do you have invoices for those?

Same here. Amazon report is a mess and each month I am confused. Did you find the report you need?

There is a report that shows you the monthly transactions.
Tax document library, download all three reports, cause I cannot remember which one included the fees.
The trick here is that the FBA fees listed are actually fees including taxes.
The next step is to download the fee preview report and then match the FBA fees there to to ones on the other report, subtract, and see taxes. do for both the referral fee (selling fee) and the fba fee.
Use the Xlookup function or some other function youre familiar with to line up the data.
the digital service fee is under *other*, however, this is not actually listed as a tax so Im not sure you can list it as a tax on your tax returns. (big scam I know)
It would be nice if they would make and easy report for us, as this is very convoluted.
