Apply to sell a brand

I applied to sell for a brand in Canadian market . I submit invoice contains 10 units purchasing . But Amazon does not approve my application due to unit must be 50 units . But it is subject to limitation in USA market . I attached screenshot of apply requirements in Amazon seller central . never says that there is a limitation of 50 units purchasing in Canadian Market .
I am paying warehouse everyday and loosing money and nobody cares .

Did you purchase your OXO Glass Creamers from OXO or one of the brand authorized wholesale distributors as directed to you by the brand?

For this type of situations, you need to open a case with Selling Partner Support. That team should be able to guide you.
If you have contacted them already, please share the case ID in this thread to investigate further.
