Amazon doesn't enforce the inclussion of the last name for Canadian customers. Why?
For some strange reason many Canadian customers omit their last name on the orders. It is violation of the US international mail acceptance law. Further, as seller I cant send package requiring a signature. No carrier in their right mind will insure or accept the package without proper last name. Further, the customer can claim he never received the package since he never sign for one. This type of sloppy requirement allows for fraudulent activity and "Return" scams. Amazon smart smart but stupid. Additionally, now Amazon demands two to one day handling on certain orders. So now not only I can't ship, I'm also threatened with my store closure.
