Still Unable to Access the Buy Box Despite Normalized Performance

Three weeks ago, my ODR was reset and my performance metrics returned to normal. Even though I've been successfully fulfilling orders and receiving positive customer feedback, I am still unable to access the Buy Box.
I have reached out to Amazon Seller Support, but I have not yet received a clear explanation or solution. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or can anyone advise on what steps I should take next? I would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations. Thank you in advance.
