Reviews deleting after Amazon suddenly merged all the variant reviews together
My reviews previously were separated between the 3 flavors of my product, however I recently had my brand hijacked for one of the flavors (I got my brand restored.) Since then my reviews have been merged together to appear together on all variations and every day the number of reviews goes down.
I've had these ASIN's and reviews for years and there was never a problem with them before so I know they're not in violation. I don't know if I was flagged because the brand was changed to a known hijacker or what. I have had these ASINs for 7 years.
I tried seller chat and they just said you're in violation. However in the past when I was dealing with getting my brand name back I was told to contact support if any of my reviews disappear and they could restore them.

Hello @Seller_Fx9G5A4vOG7ch- and thank you for posting. I am glad to hear the prior brand issue was resolved. In general, there are only certain reasons a product review may be removed, per these Answers to questions about product reviews:
"Reviews are removed from the Amazon website for these reasons only:
- The review conflicted with our Community Guidelines.
- The review was removed by the reviewer.
- We discovered that multiple products were incorrectly listed as the same product. Reviews that were posted for those products are separated when the products are separated.
- We detected unusual review behavior and are not accepting or displaying reviews for this item at this time, or we are only accepting or displaying Amazon Verified Purchase reviews."
Due to the timeframe you mention here though, I did submit a request to our escalation team to understand if there is any action needed at this juncture. While it may take several business days, I'll be sure to tag you in this thread when I receive any update.
