Hello everyone,

Im seeking help in regards to applying for Brand Registry. I have already applied 3times already and got rejected , without reasons why or what do I do next, can a admin please contact me.

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.

Looking into your most recent case, it seems like the reason for decline was due to not providing the verification code within 10 days.

A verification code is sent to the Trademark correspondent email address (also mentioned in case) and sellers need to reply to this case within 10 days with the verification code for the application to process further.

Did you have specific questions or technical issues responding to the case or have any further questions?

Unfortunately, once this expires, sellers will need to start new and restart a new application.
