SKUs defective for no reason

Our shipment FBA18WWG8RLT, FBA18WYHCYHJ, FBA18WYGNMS9, FBA18W1MY12F, FBA18K9S0Y7V, many skus in these shipments that are mark defective. we have been trying to find out why and all the support agents were telling us to make removal. We want to know the reason of these defectives so we can prevent our future shipments having same issue, we are very sure everything is following the policy, and your agent always just tell us to read the help page without telling the actual reason, it's not just one or two products and quantity, it was A LOT! It makes us think that Amazon system has some sort of issue.
