YYZ1 Losing All Shipments?
Anyone else facing issues sending inventory into YYZ1? It seems like a black hole at the moment -- all our shipments are being routed there currently and they have lost 4 out of 5 shipments, zero inventory received. Seller Support just keeps giving templated responses that they have counted again when they have received zero units, there is nothing to count again there.

YYZ1 is slow, sometimes taking 25-35 days to fully receive at the moment. We haven't had them lose anything, just slow to receive. Mostly with Hazmat / Dangerous goods material.

Same here... shipments getting tied there constantly. I had a package delivered there on June 23, still showing 0 units.

Not only YYZ1, many FBA warehouses have the same problem. We often ship to Amazon FBA, but losses are common. Compared to before, filing a claim with Amazon now is a waste of time. I can only say that the management of Amazon FBA warehouses is quite chaotic.

We have also lost 2 shipments at two different locations. The current shipment has been delivered but stuck in check in for last 10 days. Zero units received.

It’s not just YYZ1…Amazon logistics as a whole is getting worse and worse as the weeks go by. In our case, they have us ship our products clear across the country to BC, have it wait a couple of weeks in their warehouse before receiving only to the FC transfer it all back across the country where it waits another couple of weeks. We now have to plan on 6-8 weeks for replenishments.

The rate at which products are getting missing in all FC's are simply alarming.
Sometimes we send 24pcs and they receive about 20pcs. More often than not, they write investigation completed. Even if we send them the picture of the products in the box, they write Rejected. Customer service thinks that the FC team are perfect.
Wow! Our supplier counts the products, we confirm the qty, but the FC staff have a way to declare shortages. We thought we're alone. The moderators pls forward these messages to all FC receiving managers etc.
To add insults to injury, they give errors on top of that. It looks like they enjoy giving errors.
*** We respect the fact that they work hard. After all they're those who take care of our products. But we hope they'll be extra vigilant.

We have two shipments respectively with 19 and 40 units that were received with 0 units, the investigation was completed, and a few tickets were opened but the same template reply.
Five shipments delivered over a month ago, 1200 units total and still waiting for them to be received.
