Compliance documents getting rejected

I was asked for compliance documents for my product which I submitted twice which got rejected twice but I tried to reach out to a few labs that were mentioned on amazon but they haven’t replied yet.

It would be great if someone helps me out.

Thanks and regards

OP: " I tried to reach out to a few labs that were mentioned on amazon but they haven’t replied yet."

That's strange. When having the need for testing done, you call the Testing Lab on the phone. They always answer.

Start with Underwriters Laboratories: They want your business and will give you will get what you pay for,

Hi @Seller_Kfud0mjJ0hPiZ,

I understand your frustration with the rejected compliance documents. Here's how you can move forward:

1. First, ensure your test reports meet Amazon's requirements (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GFYECKCN9TSQ8H5B):

  • Must be from independent, third-party testing laboratories
  • Must be in non-editable format

Must include:

  • Your organization name
  • Product description
  • Product make and model number
  • Product images matching your ASIN
  • Proof of compliance with all required safety standards

2. To find accredited labs (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GKHQEFBM7834V6AV):

  • Use Amazon's Service Provider Network (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gspn)
  • Some labs offer special Amazon rates for testing
  • For faster processing, consider using Amazon's Lab Central Programme (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GFUQMPCZZCJ5S34E), where participating labs send reports directly to Amazon

3. To submit new documents (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GKHQEFBM7834V6AV):

  • Go to Performance > Account Health
  • Under "Manage your compliance," click "Product Compliance Requests"
  • Click "Add/Appeal Compliance"
  • Upload your new documents
  • Click "Submit for Approval"

Remember: Partial document submissions will be rejected, so make sure you provide all required documentation.

Hope this helps get your compliance documents approved!

Best regards, Michael
