New testing (3rd party) policy to sell certain products forces me to pay TWICE for same tests.

Please help me to understand.... as a retailer of my products to the world outside of Amazon, I have to have my products tested for safety and for sale (by the FDA rules) and I have to PAY for those tests to be done.

Recently, you have initiated a Compliance requirement for these same products of mine to be tested (again). In essence, this means I have to pay for the TESTING of my products with my manufacturer before I can sell them in the real world -- AND i now have to pay the same testing company (Eurofins) that already tested my products, to allow me to sell them on Amazon.

THIS MAKES NO SENSE.

And to add to the ridiculousness of this new requirement as a seller of product both on and off Amazon, as i WAIT for the results of the testing that you (Amazon) have required - you decide to start removing them from sale because the testing company you have commissioned (and forced me to pay a 2nd time), hasn't finished fast enough or haven't sent the results back to Amazon - which I have no control over.

Is there anything I can do as a seller on Amazon to (1) have you stop removing my items from being sold, (2) speak with a human about this to 'extend' timing as the testing is out of my control?
