Exact Definition of a Cart Abandoner
Does the "Cart Abandoners" audience exclude ALL past purchasers from your brand? Or just those who haven't purchased in the last 90 days?
For example, if someone bought from my brand six months ago, then added something to their cart <90 days ago without purchasing it, would they be a Cart Abandoner? Or would they not be, because they have purchased from my brand before?
I can't find this information online and our rep had no idea.

I am not familiar with the term "Cart Abandoner". As a long time employee of Amazon, I have never come across any tracking of buyer habits related to adding a product to their cart and never completing the purchase. If you know something I don't know, then please provide additional information and I will consider it.
